Booking and Confirmation Process
- Booking normally confirmed within 5 minutes if available. In the unlikely event that the inventory runs out, we will send you a cancellation notice and a full refund will be issued shortly. Please check your email.
- You will receive your booking information instantly via email. In the event that you do not receive our email, please check your spam folder, or log into your User Center to check your order status and download your voucher when available.
How To Use
- Visitors must arrive 45 minutes prior to their reserved time to the ticket exchange location and present the PDF voucher attached in the confirmation email and a valid official ID to check in. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
- Please check important time zone information of Antelope Canyon on Voucher. Please plan your trip with the time zone/changes in mind and unforeseen circumstances that may arise with traveling. NO REFUND if arrive late.
- The Lower Canyon tours require you to be able to easily climb stairs and can twist and turn with ease. Not suitable for those with recent or chronic back or knee issues.

What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.

- Due to the high demand and the restrictions on the number of visitors for each time slot, the actual entry time may be adjusted even after confirmation, especially at peak season.
- If there are any issues or questions in the voucher redemption process after arriving the Antelope Canyon, Please do not hesitate to contact us at the earliest time.
- It is recommended to book as early as possible due to the high demand of Antelope Canyon tickets
- It is recommended to bring: bottled water, sunscreen, comfortable shoes and hat
- Pregnant Women are HIGHLY discouraged due to the strenuous nature of the tour.
- Backpacks, large bags, purses, camera bags, walking sticks, umbrellas, weapons, and firearms are not allowed.
- No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
- Will get a full refund if it is closed due to bad weather
- Pets and service animals are not allowed inside Lower Antelope Canyon, the building, or on tours.

we appreciate them accommodating us for missing arriving a bit late for our tour. they were so kind at the check in. we loved our lower antelope canyon tour with ken tours!! our guide KYLIE was theeee best. she kept the energy light, lively and was so patient in teaching us about the canyons,the culture and the history. she took our photos and she even fanned us cause it was so hot you honestly wouldn’t even think this was her like 6th tour of the day. her energy was still there. her passion for her culture shines through and is what stood out to us on our visit. thank you to the Navajo Nation for generously sharing this beautiful place with us! -keiah
We loved our experience at the Lower Antelope Canyon with Ken’s Tours. Murphy was an excellent tour guide! We highly recommend this tour. Our only suggestions would be to make the groups a bit smaller and to allow a little more time for the tour.
We did the regular Lower Canyon tour. The experience was amazing, and our guide was great. Full of humour and knowledge about the history . He also was a bit of a phone camera expert and really helped get some amazing pics. The only thing I would say is that the confirmation emails etc state very strongly that you must get there 45 mins before the tour to check in else your trip will be cancelled, so we did that only to be told at check in to line up 10 minutes before the start. So we were left hanging around … with only the gift store and cafe to look at. I think this was the plan lol. But no worries, it was a fantastic experience overall and a must do.

The canyon’s natural formations are beautiful beyond words, and walking through the winding passageways was a truly unforgettable experience. Every turn revealed new colors and patterns in the rock, enhanced by the sunlight streaming down into the canyon. Booking an early morning slot proved to be the best decision—the way the sunlight illuminated the canyon walls made for absolutely spectacular photo opportunities. Our tour guide, Corey, was fantastic—extremely knowledgeable, engaging, and attentive throughout the tour. Corey made sure everyone in the group stayed together, shared fascinating background information about the canyon, and even offered helpful tips for getting the best photos. It was clear Corey cared about providing an exceptional guest experience. Overall, our visit to Lower Antelope Canyon exceeded all expectations. The combination of incredible scenery, expert guiding, and attentive service made this one of the highlights of our trip. For anyone visiting Page or the surrounding area, I highly recommend booking an early morning tour —it’s a must-see destination and an unforgettable adventure!
