Booking and Confirmation Process
- Due to high demand, inventory is mostly synchronous but sometimes not. Our consultant will check real time availability onsite and confirm seats.
- You will receive your booking information instantly via email. In the event that you do not receive our email, please check your spam folder, or log into your User Center to check your order status and download your voucher when available.
How To Use
- Please check important time zone information of Antelope Canyon on Voucher. Please plan your trip with the time zone/changes in mind and unforeseen circumstances that may arise with traveling. NO REFUND if arrive late.
- Visitors must arrive 45 minutes prior to their reserved tour time to the ticket exchange location and present the PDF voucher attached in the confirmation email and a valid official ID to check in. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.

What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
Other important information
- Special Rules: No Tripods, Monopods, Selfie-Sticks or Backpacks are allowed on this tour. No Exceptions.
- No Children, Toddlers or Infants (Ages 0-5) on Any Tours
- Please bring PDF voucher attached in the confirmation email and valid official ID to check in at least 45 minutes before the departure time
- We do not have an area to leave or leash your pets/animals,If you must bring pets or service animals with you, please carefully consider joining the trip.
- Hand Bags, Fanny Packs and Hydration packs are now allowed in the Canyons however they may be searched for contraband. No Guns, Drugs, Alcohol or Burial Ashes. Seriously!
- No Restrooms available in the Canyon. Please use the Restrooms at our Store before the Tour.
- A twenty to thirty minute walk is required to get up the steps and walkways over the canyon and back to the Luxury Van.
- Wheelchairs are not accessible on this tour.
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Not recommended for travelers with back problems. No heart problems or other serious medical conditions.

The canyon offers amazing views. Our tour guide (a woman, but I never caught here name) was great, giving a lot of insightful information as well as assisting making amazing photos. Really wonderful experience. The bus had AC, the road is a little bumpy but nothing too extreme. I understand that you cannot bring any bags to the canyon, but forbiding to take a thin fanny pack with passports and money is not really customer oriented! Alternative is to pay for locker BUT the locker key stays in the tour office, making it no difference to leaving the documents in the car. I ended up stuffing the documents into my sport shorts pockets...
Great experience! Just remember to use your filter on your phone camera for awesome photos. Both upper and lower tours offer different experiences! Very colorful ☺️
Antelope Canyon was so much fun! Our guide, Lionel, was the best. Offered several times to take pictures for us, and even mad us look like angels! He played the flute for us at the end which was a treat! Highly recommend!
