we had a tour coming with my family of 6 (2 seniors, 2 adults, 2 kids -9yrs, 4 yrs) so it was a hard group to manage, im sure. RAQUEL- EXCEEDED our expectations. she was able to break the ICE, with my parents jn law ( light english). and also related to my kids and my wife and i. after a 2 hour drive from GRAND CANYON. best tour guide/ prof. Perla was the best, and the whole tour was brilliant (I am not English) I use walking sticks for balance, and it was better for me to hold on to my husband because they can be slippery under the sand.
