It was a relatively easy walk on mostly level ground making it easy for one with some limited mobility impairment, but the stair climb out was tiring and required a slow pace. Our Navajo guide, Frank, was great taking phone pics for everyone to make sure all had a collection of memories of this fantastical wonder of nature.
